Supportive,
evidence-based therapy
tailored to your needs.
How I support you in understanding and managing your difficulties
My approach combines evidence-based treatments with warm and respectful care. I see therapy as a shared process that adapts to your pace and needs, always grounded in transparency, professional ethics and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
In my practice, you will find a safe and confidential space, free from judgement, where you can understand what is happening to you and develop your own tools to manage your difficulties with greater confidence and autonomy.
I know that it is not always easy to take the step of asking for help. That is why I value the trust each person places in me by opening up and letting me support them in their process. If you are going through a difficult time, I want you to know that you do not have to face it alone. I am here to support you with professionalism, warmth and commitment.

About me
My name is Miguel Fernández Galán, and I am a General Health Psychologist (licensed in Spain, col. AN11153). From an early age, I was interested in understanding how life’s difficulties affect us and how we can learn to face them more effectively. Today, my vocation is to support people in improving their well-being, with warm and respectful care, based on treatments backed by scientific research.
I work mainly with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a practical and evidence-based approach that helps to identify what is behind your difficulties and to find healthier ways of managing your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. My goal is to help you understand what is happening to you and to develop your own tools to face challenges with greater confidence and autonomy.
I support people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, obsessive thoughts, stress, sadness or difficulties in their relationships. I also work with adults, adolescents and children, as well as providing couples and family therapy. I offer face-to-face and online sessions in Seville, in Spanish and English, in the way that works best for you.
Experiences of those who have trusted me
Reading the experiences of those who have already undergone the therapeutic process can help you take the first step. Every story is unique, but many people have found relief, greater clarity, and well-being after beginning their recovery process.
Here you'll find real testimonials that reflect what it can mean to start psychological counseling.
I've never been to a psychologist before, so I can't compare him to other professionals, but all I can say is, he's helped me a lot, and I recommend him.
When I came to your office, I really didn't think anyone could help me, and now, although I still need a few more sessions to feel completely confident, I feel like I'm feeling good. I've healed my relationships with other people, I feel better about myself, I'm eager to do things again...
To you, who are reading this because you need help, Miguel is a very respectful professional. He doesn't judge you. In the consultation, you tell us how you feel, what's happening to you, and he uses questions to make you reflect and understand what's happening to you, using your own tools.
I explain this because I know that many of us may be hesitant to start psychological therapy, and knowing a little about the dynamics can help us take the next step.
Thanks for everything. 😘
He is an exceptional professional. His support has been key to my personal growth. In each session, he has provided me with real, practical tools that I apply in my daily life. I am deeply grateful for his empathy, warmth, and his great ability to listen without judgment. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I've been in therapy with Miguel for a while now, and my experience has been incredibly positive. He's been helping me tremendously overcome my agoraphobia caused by being hit by a car and my anxiety issues. He's a lovely person with whom you connect from the first consultation. He's a great professional who knows how to help you. Thanks to his therapy, my life is returning to normal, and I'm back to where I was before.
I've been in therapy with Miguel since November 2024. We've worked on several things, and for the first time, I feel like I'm improving thanks to his therapies, not only thanks to the great work Miguel does, but also thanks to his attitude toward his patients (personally speaking).
Thank you so much for pointing out that psychology is your passion and for helping people in need the way you do.
Miguel is approachable and attentive, empathetic, and above all, and what I value most, with his reflections he makes you see the circumstances clearly. He doesn't focus only on the root of the problem, but also on giving you tools to tackle it... I continue in therapy with him to develop better cognitive flexibility and I'm delighted. In addition, my sessions are online and it's very convenient to work this way.
Good afternoon, Miguel. My experience as your patient has been beneficial. I started out anxious and sad due to a stressful family situation, and little by little, thanks to the therapy you use, I've been able to distance myself from the problem and find the resources to manage it. I've learned to "tame the lions" that appear and to feel safe. Thank you for your good work and for helping me overcome the paralyzing ego.
